Before You Order Your Song
What if I don't know what to write?
You don't need to know what to write. The order form is designed to pull it out from you.
It asks small questions — how you met, your inside jokes, a special moment you two share. We guide you through the whole thing. It's no more than a few sentences at the end.
Most people start with "I don't know what to say" and finish 5 minutes later with more than they knew they had.
You share the pieces. We put together the puzzle.
How much of the song can I customize?
Almost all of it. Here's what you control:
- The mood — Romantic & Warm, Grand & Cinematic, Deep & Emotional, or Upbeat & Happy.
- The singer's voice — male or female.
- The moments — pick from a list like: the day you met, the moment you knew they were the one, the traits you admire, the inside jokes only you two get. Each moment you pick gives you space to add your own words.
You’ll also see a section at the end of the order form — where you can leave a personal note for us with anything else you'd like to add.
How is your service different?
Most custom song services make songs for every occasion — birthdays, memorials, tributes, pet songs, you name it. We only do love songs. That's it.
Because love songs are all we make, our process is built specifically for couples. We find the one thread that ties your story together. We build the signature loop the song returns to. We shape the instrumental so the chorus hits at the right moment.
We're the only service that backs it with a reaction guarantee — if the song doesn't get the reaction you hoped for, you don't pay..

Can I share examples of songs I like?
Yes. At the end of the order form, there's an optional field where you can leave additional comments — that's where you can share anything else you'd like us to know.
In your notes you can share: songs you like, a certain feel you're going for, specific lines you'd like. This is where you can add anything else in particular.
Most people leave this field blank, which is fine, the song will still come out great. But for the people who do use it, it's one of the most useful things on the form — a direct line to us.
While Your Song Is Being Made
How are the songs made?
It first starts with the details you submitted. We read between every line — to not only understand what you wrote, but what's underneath it. We then lay out your entire story into what we call sound bites, so everything is visible at a glance.
Then we shape it into a storyline. That takes you from who you were before you met, to who you became after — and the journey you took together to get there. That storyline is where your Hidden Thread™ lives. It's the one emotional truth underneath everything your relationship is built on.
The moments, the inside jokes, the small details — they all point to the same thing. That thread becomes your Signature Loop (aka your chorus). It's the line the song keeps coming back to, the part that stays in your head after it ends.
Once the chorus is set, we write the verses around it. With that, we structure the lyrics so it walks you through the transformation you had as a couple. We build the instrumental to be influenced by your actual story. The highs get the lifts, the lows slow down, and the big moments come with a drop.
All of this is not an accident. It's designed that way. Template songs miss this completely — they tell the story in a straight line without any musical climax. When every one of these pieces come together, that's when it stops sounding like a generic song. And starts to sound like a song that finally says what you've always felt..
What happens after I order?
When you place your order, you'll get a confirmation email with your order details. Production begins within 6-12 hours.
We will send you updates of the song as it progresses. You don't have to do anything while we work on it — we handle everything from there.
In 6-7 calendar days (or 2-3 with priority delivery), you'll get an email letting you know your song is ready. And to give you a peace of mind — if we miss the delivery date we promised, you’ll get a full refund. And you’ll still get to keep the song, or work on it as usual.
From there, you'll be given a link to your own private Preview Page where you can listen to your song. That’s where you choose to approve or request a revision.
After you approve your song, you’ll get access to the high-quality version of your song ready-to-download, along with any Enhancements you added to the order. And from there, only thing left is to reveal the big surprise..
As a bonus: we also provide a reveal guide immediately after you check out that walks you through exactly when to play the song, how to set the moment up, and make the surprise land the way you've been picturing it.
Can I make changes after ordering?
There's very little you can actually get wrong on the form. Your story doesn't have to be worded perfectly — we work with what you share, however you share it. The one thing worth double-checking before you submit is the spelling of the recipient's name.
But if you notice something after ordering and want to change it, you can. Message our support team within 12 hours of placing your order — whether it's the story, a name, or the mood, anything is changeable in that window.
After 12 hours, we're already working on your song to meet your delivery date. Changes get harder to accommodate — not impossible, but not guaranteed.
Who will read what I shared?
The only person that will see what you wrote is your producer — that’s it. Your story isn’t used for anything else.
Besides that, your order details are private to you (and you only). The only way to access them is through your Preview Page, which requires your email and order number. Without both, no one gets in.
What you share is only used to make your song. Nothing else.
After You Receive Your Song
Will I hear the song before it's final?
Yes, before the order is marked as done — you’ll first be presented a Preview Page where you can hear the song for the first time in full before finalizing the order.
From there, you’ll decide whether to: approve the song (which gives you the download), request a revision (if you want to change something, the first two revisions are on us), or request a refund if the song isn't quite right for any reason — no questions asked.
The order is not marked as done until you approve. You're in full control and always have the final say.
How do your revisions work?
Your first two revisions are on us. However, if you still need more refining, additional revisions are $19 each. Whichever path it takes, we'll work with you until the song sounds right.
Bonus tip: every version of your song stays on your Preview Page. If you revise and prefer an earlier version, you can always approve that one instead — whichever you choose becomes the song you keep.
If you need something changed, just click Request Revision on your Preview Page — it’ll take you to a revision form and ask what you'd like to change.
Every revision works from your original story as the foundation, this way we’re able to refine without losing the core message.
What do I actually get, and how?
When your song is ready, you'll first land on your Preview Page — that's where you listen and decide whether to approve or request a revision.
Once you approve, you're taken to your Download Page where everything is waiting for you: the audio file in production-grade format (the same used in professional music), the lyrics, and any Enhancements you added to your order.
Your Download Page stays yours. If you ever need to re-download the files, just head back to it.
The song is yours to use however you want — an anniversary gift, a wedding moment, something you come back to over the years. We made it for your story specifically. It's yours to keep.
What’s your refund policy in plain English?
Your order comes with multiple money-back guarantees:
- On-time guarantee: If your song arrives later than the date we promised, you'll get a full refund, no questions asked — and you still get to keep the song or work on it as usual.
- Reaction guarantee: If the song doesn't get the reaction you hoped for, you don't pay. Plain and simple. Just request a refund explaining your situation and we'll send your money back.
- 30-day window: You'll have 30 calendar days from when your song arrives to decide what you want to do. If you don't take any action in 30 days, the song gets automatically approved.
Once you approve the song or submit a revision, the refund is no longer valid. So there's no rush — you have time to listen and decide what feels right.
If you refund, you lose access to the song.
That's basically the whole policy.
